This is a commercial for Shepherds College that aired on TV in the Milwaukee area. Several of the tech club members make an appearance, most notably, David Jones and Alex Spurgeon.

Commencement 2015 Inaugral Winner: Krista Zuiderveen
Justin Duran Weyns was a student at Shepherds College in the Fall of 2013. When he went home for Christmas break, he was diagnosed with cancer and unable to return to school. In April 2015, Justin went home to be with the Lord.
Every year, Shepherds College will give an award to one graduate exemplifying the character traits of diligence, discernment, initiative, integrity, respect and responsibility, and demonstrating a strong desire to pursue Appropriate Independence.
Just like Justin.
